Offering soap, bath bombs and other bath products as well as laundry detergent, Buff City is unique in that all of its products are made in the store.

'We have a soap-makery in every location, and every time you come into the store we're going to be making a different product you can see,' said Reidy. 'It's more than just shopping, but an experience.'

Transparency is not only a focus in the way products are made, but also in what goes into them. Everything is 100% plant based and free of harsh ingredients, she said.
